Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Priority Mail or Priority 2 Day shipping, depending on customers shipping preference during checkout.

I recommend purchasing Priority 2 Day shipping as it includes $50 insurance. You may purchase more insurance if you desire.

 All custom//made to order items will have a processing time of 5-14 business days.

*Please note business days are Monday-Friday-excluding all holidays.

The processing time allows enough time to ensure quality work that is not rushed. On some occasions I am able to to complete your order quicker. 

*Please note, I am a one person shop; therefore things may happen, such as sickness, where the shipping times may be extended. I do my best to get everything out in a timely fashion.  

***It is the customers responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. I highly advise that you do not ship to your place of work/business. If you do choose to ship and your package is lost/stolen there will be NO refunds, and no exceptions made. 

Returns

Rainbow Light Dream does not offer Returns for ANY reason, including buyers remorse. 

Before purchasing a ring please know your size, there will be no exchanges for a different size. I take time to be descriptive as possible for easy and knowledgeable purchasing. 

There are many DIY tutorials online to help figure out your size. 

If there is a problem with your order on my end, Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.  It is my goal to only produce high quality jewelry for you, so I will do all I can to make you happy. 

There may be exceptions with exchanges, but is up to our discretion. If an exchange is accepted it will only be for store credit that will be valid for 14 days.
